SIM Card
- Make sure that your phone is turned off before proceeding
- Use an opening pick, your thumbnail, or a spudger to gently pry off the external casing

- Locate the SIM card tray on the back of the phone
- Use your thumb to gently slide out the tray

- Remove the SIM card tray

Battery
- Find and carefully remove all 6 rubber screw covers with the tweezers.
- Unscrew all 18 screws from the mid frame.

- Carefully pry up the mid frame from the back of the phone with the plastic opening tools.
- Slowly work your way around the phone releasing all the clips that hold the frame in place.

- Using the spudger tool, pry the battery up from the adhesive.
- Once the battery is loose from the adhesive holding it down, use the spudger tool to pry up the connection from the battery to the phone on the top right hand side.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

But do you know where it’s possible to buy a new battery ?
I see “designed by oneplus” on it and I’m not sure it would be easy to find one on internet usual stores.

You can look up a oneplus service center in your country/locality by going to your country’s version of the oneplus site. There in the support –>Contact Us, you will find a list of places(service centers) you can go for repairs and a price list of all the parts and the service to replace them. Not sure if this works for every country, worked for me.

this is not a full help.. how do we suppose to buy official battery for onelus2?

Use google.com and search for BLP597 that’s the itemnumber of the battery in question. There are plenty of sellers available.
