You noticed that your device is not connecting to the internet.
Often your settings may be turned off. There are two ways to turn on your WIFI. The first way is to swipe down from the top of the home screen. You will see a button that says WIFI networks are available. From here swipe down again and click the WIFI icon. Once turned on, choose your network. You can also enable your WIFI through your device settings.
Under settings, pick a network that you would like to connect to. If your network doesn’t show up, or shows up but has a poor connection, contact your Internet Service Provider for further troubleshooting.
After Trying all of the above steps and you’re still unable to connect to the internet, then there might be an issue with your tablet’s WIFI antenna. To replace your WIFI Antenna, click Guide for instructions to do so.
Sound through the speakers is not loud or there is no sound.
First, make sure your sound is not on mute. You can check this by using the volume controls, which are located next to the power button. First, press one of the volume buttons and a volume controller will pop up on the top portion of the screen. Here you will you see a volume slider and three buttons which say “None” , “Priority”, and “All”. If “None” is currently selected, then your device is currently muted. To undo this, simply tap “All”. You can also change the volume directly under device settings.
If your device’s volume controls are unresponsive, seem damaged, or are missing from the device, then you will need to replace the volume control buttons. To replace your Volume Button, click Guide for instructions to do so.
If you’re sure that your device is not muted and the volume is turned up to an audible level, then your speakers may need to be replaced. Alternatively, there might be some audio heard but it cuts out at times or seems distorted. To replace your Speakers, click Guide for instructions to do so.
Your tablet is not charging or charging slowly.
Confirm that your source of power is providing electricity. Next, make sure the cable is in not damaged. Signs that your cable might need replacing are: exposed wires, kinks, cuts, etc… Then you should check that the cable is securely connected to both the power source and the tablet via the USB port.
The USB charging port may not be capable of charging your device if it has sustained physical damage. This may include the metal of the port being bent out of shape or the port having an unsecured connection with the charging cable. To replace your Battery, click Guide for instructions to do so
If your device charges too slowly or loses its charge quickly, then you will most likely need to replace the battery. To replace your Battery, click Guide for instructions to do so.
