Below is a partial trace of the schematic for the motor control PCB

The supply for the Control PCB is derived via a capacitive dropper made up of a 47 ohm power resistor R1 and a 0.56uF X2 rated capacitor next to it. This capacitor has been known to go low value, the symptoms of this are that the blue lights come on when a cup is inserted but pressing start doesn’t engage the relay coil and the voltage across the relay coil sags to less than 12v.
