• Unplug the machine and tilt the machine on its side with the pull out tray facing up.

• With the Phillips #1 screwdriver, unscrew and remove the two , 12mm screws on the outside edges of the pull out tray as indicated. If you find difficulty unscrewing, WD-40 should help.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
