What you need

Step 1

              Opening The Phone               
  • Remove the Sim card tray and locking bar, before applying pressure to to the top right corner of the plastic casing.
  • Using the opening tool, pry the screen from the casing until they are separated from each other.

Step 2

              Detach Ribbon               
  • Detach camera ribbon from motherboard

Step 3

              Remove Camera               
  • Peel camera off of adhesive surface
  • Use caution when removing camera as it is fragile

Step 4

              Installing New Camera               
  • Apply adhesive to back of camera
  • Attach ribbon to motherboard
  • Press down on camera for 60 seconds
  • Let dry for 5 minutes

Step 5

              Reassembling Screen               
  • Slide the hinges of the left side of the screen under the left side of the plastic case
  • Clamp the right side of the screen down and make sure screen is flat
  • The screen should “click” into place

The screen should “click” into place

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
