The tablet is stuck on the loading screen

Reboot the table by holding the power button, then powering it back on. If this does not work, try again while the tablet is connected to a charger or a computer. If this does not work, press the reset button on the back of the tablet. This will factory reset the tablet. If none of the above works, check the battery using this guide.

The tablet is not responding to the power button and will not turn on

If the tablet does not turn on, the battery may be out of power. Connect the tablet to a charger or a computer and wait a couple of minutes. Press the power button to see if the tablet will turn on.

If the power button works, and the tablet will still not charge, disassemble the tablet using this guide. Check the battery to make sure it is installed properly. If it is, then the battery may need to be replaced. Follow this guide to replace the battery

The tablet shows no indication that the charger is working

If your tablet is not charging, first check to see if you are using a faulty outlet. Unplug your device and move the charger to another outlet and see if the device will then charge.

There may be an issue with the charger itself. Check the cable, and make sure there are no cuts or frayed wires. If the charger is worn out, it will need to be replaced.

Use this guide to check that the battery is installed and working properly. If not, the battery may need to be replaced.

There is no sound coming from the tablet or attached headphones

If there is no sound coming from the device, check the volume button located on the side of the tablet and change it accordingly. Changing the audio options in the tablet may also help to fix the issue.

If there is no sound coming through the headphones, first check the audio options on the tablet. If the audio options are correct, then make sure that the headphones are connected properly in the auxiliary port. If the problems persists, there may be an issue with the headphone port or the headphones themselves.

If the above solutions do not work, then there may be a problem with the tablets speakers. Follow this guide to replace the speakers if they are faulty.

The tablet will not connect to WiFi

Make sure that a strong connection in the area is present while connecting the device with a certain network as well as having the correct network key in order to link with it. Checking signal strength on the WiFi or Connectivity options may also help in fixing the issue.

Another problem might be a defective WiFi card on the Nobis Tablet. Check the WiFi card located on the back of the device. If card is faulty, please consult the warranty or call customer support.
