Introduction
Joysticks allow you to control the Wii U console and the game being played. If the joysticks are sticking, drifting, or loose this can impact gameplay and overall usability. This issue may occur due to overuse, incorrect calibration settings, and/or faulty parts.
Before using this guide, inspect the joysticks for debris and/or buildup and clear them using compressed air and alcohol wipes, then recalibrate the controller by resetting the joysticks to a neutral position.
Make sure the controller is completely powered off and disconnected from any external power source before you begin.
