The button is stuck or is difficult to push.
If the button is not going up or coming down, food may be lodged inside. The top part of the blender will need to be disassembled for cleaning.
If the button is hard to push down the cause might be the spring inside. The spring might be rusted or damaged and will need to be replaced.
The Prep Master will not start.
Check to see if the cord is plugged into an outlet. If the device still won’t turn on, check to see if any part of the cord looks broken or damaged. If you notice any damage to the cord it will need to be replaced.
If there is no visible damage to the cord ,the problem could be the motor. If this is the case, the motor will need to be replaced.
The blender is leaking food or drink.
If food or drink is leaking at the seam of the cup, the rubber seal might be out of place or stretched out. If it is out of place, simply realign it on the groove. If it is stretched out, it will not go back on the groove. To fix this you will need to buy a replacement seal and replace it.

The blades have become fused to the top part of the Master Prep or are stuck in the cup.
If the blades are lodged in the cup you will need to remove them. If the cup is damaged you will need to replace it to use the device. If the blades are broken you will need to replace them to continue using the device.
If the blades are fused to the motor, you will need to remove them and purchase new ones.
If the blades are fused to each other you will need to pull them apart. If they are damaged you will need to replace them.
