  • Place shoe upside down.

  • Wedge knife or key into the area where the shoe and sole meet.

  • Peel the sole off of the bottom of the shoe.

  • Wipe away any dirt or residue on the bottom. does not have to be spotless.

  • Place shoe glue on the bottom of the shoe.

  • align the sole with the shoe perfectly and press them together. Allow to sit for at least a day before testing them out.

The shoe will be as good as new, if you don’t allow to dry long enough just retry the steps 4 through 6.
