When you plug in your headphones, sound does not come through them.

Be sure to check that your phone does not have the volume turned all the way down. Use the side buttons to change the volume.

Your headphones might be broken, try a different pair.

Try multiple headphones that work with other devices, if there is still no sound coming out of the headphone, the headphone jack might be damaged. If the headphone jack is damaged you will have to replace the headphone jack.

The phone won’t turn on, no matter what you try.

If the phone will turn on only when plugged in, the battery might be dead. You can replace the battery.

If the phone will not turn on even when plugged in, the motherboard might be damaged. You can replace the motherboard.

Images taken by the front facing camera, come out blurry or are just black.

If the pictures you take are blurry or black, check to make sure there is nothing covering the camera. Wipe the lens off gently with a cloth to make sure it is clean.

If the pictures you take are blurry or black, a software issue might be preventing the camera from performing correctly. Try setting your camera to “default.”

If the pictures you take are blurry or black, and there is nothing over the camera, and the problem is not a software issue, the camera might be broken. You will need to replace the fron facing camera.

Images taken by the rear facing camera, come out blurry or are just black.

If the pictures you take are blurry or black, and there is nothing over the camera, and the problem is not a software issue, the camera might be broken. You will need to replace the rear facing camera.

The phone crashes unexpectedly and you can’t figure out why.

If the phone crashes when an application is opened, the application might be causing the problem. You can update the application or delete it to try to fix the problem.

If the phone crashes unexpectedly, this might be caused by other software issues. Be sure to have your system up to date. You can also try to switch back to default preferences in the system settings of the phone.

If you find no other explanation why your phone crashes unexpectedly, your motherboard might be damaged. You will have to replace the motherboard.
