With the tablet powered on, the camera will not capture photos, or photos are distorted.

If the photos you take appear cloudy or distorted, your camera lens may be cracked. Please refer to [these instructions] for replacing your lens.

If your camera will not capture photos when you press the capture button, the button may be broken. Please refer to [these instructions] for replacing your camera button.

With an audio file playing, the audio can’t be heard or is distorted.

Try a pair of headphones that you know are working with your tablet. If the new headphones work, you will need to replace your old headphones.

If you are unable to listen to audio through the internal speakers of the tablet, but are able to use headphones, the speakers may need to be replaced. Please refer to [these instructions] for replacing your speakers.

The screen is black or the display is distorted.

If the display is black or heavily distorted, the screen is likely broken and will need to be replaced. Please refer to [these instructions] for replacing your screen.

If your screen is frozen or slow to respond, you may be having problems with the tablet software. Restart the tablet. If the screen still does not work, a factory reset could fix your issue. Please refer to [these instructions] for performing a factory reset.

When plugged in, the tablet will not charge.

If you have had a charger plugged into your tablet for 10-15 minutes, and it is not registering a charge, try a charger you know is working with your tablet. If the new charger works, your previous charger is faulty and will need to be replaced.

If the device will power on only with the charger attached, and will not hold a charge, you probably have a faulty battery and will need to replace it. Please refer to [these instructions] for replacing your battery.
