              Motherboard               
  • Power off you device before beginning disassembly.
  • Insert plastic opening tool and pry back case away from the device, slowly moving the plastic opening tool along the device.

Step 2

  • Use a soldering gun to separate all soldered wires from the motherboard.

Step 3

  • Use a spudger to carefully release the tabs on the three ZIF connectors securing the ribbon cables to the motherboard.
  • Carefully pull the ribbons out with tweezers.

  • Use Phillips #J0 Screwdriver to remove three 1mm screws from the motherboard

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
