Step 1

              Catch Spring               
  • Locate and remove all 14 screws of the outer case and gently remove it avoiding any damage.

  • Remove the three screws attached to the trigger mechanism of the gun.
  • Be careful when removing the rotating cartridge from the case, as the fulcrum attaching it to the trigger mechanism will fall out.

Step 3

  • Remove the exterior spring from the sliding mechanism and re-position the gun on its opposite side.

  • Remove the three screws holding the trigger plate in place, then remove the plate carefully.

  • Remove the spring and trigger mechanism from the gun, and set aside.

Step 6

  • This is where the spring load mechanism is located, be cautious not to damage. If the spring separates from the gun, reattach it using a screwdriver end.
  • Carefully slide out the big spring and fit in your replacement (thin-coil end coiled around the orange plastic)

Step 7

  • A second set of hands would be useful during this step. Make sure the orange slide is above the spring.
  • Keep tension on the spring and begin sliding the new coil spring into the trigger mechanism.

Step 8

  • Reconnect the spring to the orange slider, and connect the orange slider to the grey hook.

  • Slide the orange supporting piece into the crevice below the air chamber.
  • Slide the rotating cartridge back into place

  • Look to the beginning of this guide for help to reassemble this gun.
  • Carefully reassemble the Nerf Law bringer in the same order you took it apart. Carefully reattach the 3 screws that seal the air chamber.
  • Reattach the other plastic half of the gun. Tighten the screws and you’re done.
