              Inner Tube               
  • Flip the bicycle upside down so that the bicycle rests on the seat and handlebars. The bike should be able to stay standing on its own.

Step 2

  • Using a 15mm wrech, loosen the axial nut.

  • Pull the chain slack and remove the tire.

  • Insert the flat side of the tire lever between the inside edge of the rim and the seal of the tire.
  • Clip the tire lever to the nearest spoke.

  • Insert the second tire lever next to first and slowly slide it along the outside edge of the rim until one side of the tire is off the rim.

  • Re-insert the first tire lever to hook the opposite seam of the tire and repeat steps 3 through 5.

  • Remove the cap from the inner tube, and pull the valve stem out of the rim.

To install new inner tube, follow these instructions in reverse order.
