When the charging percentage will not increase, while the devices charging cable is plugged in.

If the laptop will turn on, updating Windows can sometimes fix the laptop not holding a charge.

Confirm that charging cable is plugged in and charging light is on. If the laptop still wont charge then the charging cable is faulty and needs to be replaced.

The battery maybe the problem if the laptop doesn’t charge. Replace the battery using this guide.

Screen starts to flicker black/won’t display

Update to windows 10. Not all programs are optimized for older versions of windows. Updating may help with performance and other issues due to an out of date operating system.

Update Basic Input/Output System and Embedded Controller firmware. Out of date or corrupted drivers can result in technical issues such as a darkened or flickering screens.

Keyboard is unresponsive when trying to type.

Restarting the laptop can help fix unresponsive keyboards because it refreshes the system.

If keys are missing on the keyboard replace them.

Sometimes dirt or crumbs can get stuck in your keyboard. If this is the case, use compressed air to get dirt or crumbs out.

Laptops can get viruses, which can cause many problems including keyboard problems. Run a virus scan and check if you have a virus.

If keyboard is still unresponsive, the battery may be the cause. Replace the battery using this guide.

The device is shutting off while in use. The bottom of the device is hot to the touch.

Make sure proper ventilation is reaching the fans.If there isn’t proper ventilation to the laptop it can cause it to overheat

Laptops can get dust or dirt inside the fans or vents which can cause the device to overheat or shut off. Try cleaning out the fans and vents with compressed air.

Replacing the fan can help the device from overheating. Replace the fan using this guide.

The device is running slow when in use.

Try doing a hard restart on the computer. A hard restart will refresh the laptop

Ram (random-access memory) can be replaced or upgraded to help the device run faster. replace the ram using this guide.

The hard drive in your device could be full and you need more storage. Replace the hard drive using this guide.

Your device is not connecting to the WiFi when in use.

Make sure that your device connection is on.

Doing a restart on your computer can help refresh the device.

Run a troubleshoot in the WiFi menu on your computer.

If none of the above options work consider replacing the WiFi chip using this guide.
