The water windows will not shut tightly and securely.
- Water Window is Broken***
There could be a crack in the plastic, causing the window to be out of place. If this is the case, the water window will need to be replaced. You can find a replacement guide on our guides page.
Hinges are Broken
The hinges may be broken, misaligning the water window. They will need replacement or repair. This can also be found on our guide page.
Possible Jam
If there is any small piece stuck in the mechanism it could jam the cover and stop it from closing. Check all areas where the water window closes and make sure there is nothing jammed. If there is, remove any visible pieces and test the water window once more. Another possible solution would be to clean the device.
The machine fails to turn on and does not operate at all.
Device not plugged in
If there is no power to the machine, make sure the device is plugged into a power source in the wall.
Damaged or Disconnected Wires on Circuit Board
If the device fails to work at all, then the circuit board may be faulty. The first step is to make sure all the wires inside the coffee machine are not damaged and are running to the circuit board. Next, if all the wires are not damaged and are connected, the problem may be within the circuit board. You will need to repair or replace the circuit board if it . Buttons will not press, or do not do any actions when pressed.
Buttons are broken
If the button do not seem to press than the plastic may be broken. This problem would resort to having the buttons being replaced which you can find on our replacement guide page.
Buttons are sticky
Another common cause can be the buttons may be sticky, this can be fixed with a cleaning of the buttons.
The circuit board may have failed and may not be working correctly. This would cause the buttons to seem inoperative when the circuit board is the real problem. This can be fixed by replacing the circuit board.
Display will not turn on or displays incorrectly.
Damaged or Disconnected Wires on Display
The display may be internally broken and the main fix for this is to check the wiring between the motherboard and the display.
Coffee is pouring out cold and is not heated when processed.
Fuses Blown on Heating Element
Check the fuses on the heating element underneath the warming plate to see if they are blown. If so, then you will need to replace it.
Broken Wiring
Check if any of the wires are damaged or out of place.
