Only one side of the headphones functions correctly

Although the phone may still show that the headphones are connected, there is a range within which audio can be clearly conveyed. Bluetooth’s best connection range is up to 100 feet or 33 meters of wireless distance. If the problem only occurs when the phone is a long distance away from the headphones, it’s possible that you’ve reached the Bluetooth connection’s maximum range. This range can also vary depending on the objects/materials used to link the two points.

The headphone’s signal between your device and the headphones is weak or obstructed.  Other devices with radio frequencies may interfere with or weaken the connection between your device and the headphones. Make sure any other devices with strong radio frequencies are not too close to the headphones.

Your headset’s wire could be broken or connected incorrectly. You’ll need to replace your present motherboard to fix this. To assist you with this process please refer to the replacement guide.
