              Headphone Speaker               
  • Make sure the headphones are off and unplugged from any devices.
  • Remove leather headphone cushion by pulling edge towards middle of headphone.
  • It should slip off the device.

Step 2

  • Carefully peel back foam pad to prevent tearing.
  • It is glued at both the top and bottom.

  • Use the T6 torx screwdriver to remove the three screws holding the speaker in place.
  • To avoid stripping screws, be sure to use the right screw bit oriented perpendicular to the face of the screw.

Step 4

  • With the speaker removed from the speaker module, clip the black and white wires on the back of the speaker, as shown.
  • Solder wires onto corresponding pads of replacement speaker.
