What you need

Step 1

              Battery

Press the release button located on the upper edge of the battery cover. At the same time, lift the battery cover away from the phone.

Push the top edge of the battery and lift away from the phone.

              Screen/Camera

Remove the 4 screws on the corners of the inside screen with the T4 screwdriver
The phone may have rubber plugs covering the screws of the inside screen. If so, remove the rubber plugs with a thin metal needle.

Step 4

Use a plastic opening tool to pry the external shell off of the phone.
Use care when doing this step because you don’t want the external shell or the pieces inside the phone to break.

Step 5

Remove the two side buttons with tweezers.

Use tweezers to remove the circular magnetic ring covering the camera.

Use a spudger to pry the screen from the inside front part of the phone.
You may choose to use tweezers to remove the screen instead.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
