Your device is overheating during charge or use, it’s uncomfortable to hold the device.

Use the PROVIDED charging devices (aka. charging bricks and cables

DO NOT place the device under direct sunlight

DO NOT use “fast” chargers with high wattage capacity

Clean and maintain the device once in a while!

The device is unable to be charged or will not respond or any sign of powering up.

Test the charging cable & brick with another device. If the new device cannot be charged with the same charging devices, then you’ll know that either the cable or brick.

If the new device can be charged with the same charging devices, then you’ll know that the issue is caused by your device. This could mean either software malfunction, damaged battery, or dirty/damaged charging port. The issue could any combinations of above.

The device is slower than expected performance.

Restart your phone to get rid of any glitches. Take a break in between long and intensive gaming or video editing to lower the temperature of the device. High temperature can lead to slower performance.

If you have not cleaned your device in a while (or never!), then you may experience slow performance due to a lot of dirt collecting inside of the device causing overheating , which impacts the performance.

Update your software to latest available from your provider. Old software could cause slow performance due to optimization issues.

Your device is unable to connect to network such as WiFi and LTE.

Update your software to latest available from your provider. Old software may have a lot bugs and glitches, update to the latest as soon as possible!

Reset your network settings.

First, go to settings in your device

Second, go to “Network”

Third, scroll down and click on “Reset Network Settings)

Make sure there are no interference by environmental factors such as walls, trees, and distance from the network source.
