              Battery
  • First flip the phone over.
  • Then find the back release circled in red.

  • Carefully remove the back using the release.
  • Lift from the bottom!

  • Lift the battery from the right side.
  • After the battery has lifted about a 45 degree angle remove from phone.

              Screen Assembly
  • Remove all six screws
  • The two top screws here
  • The two middle screws here.
  • And the two bottom screws here, they are covered by plastic pieces that first must be removed with the nylon Spudger.

Step 5

  • then carefully lift the front off the phone.
  • Marked wire will have to be solderd when re-connecting new screen
  • Speakers are connected to the screen here.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order, soldering wire onto new screen.
