Introduction

This guide will guide you step by step on how to replace a front flat tire on a 24” Mongoose mountain bike in 40 min or less. I recommend using some type of gloves when attempting this guide because some parts of the wheel can get your fingers pinched.

What you need

  • With the 8" Pittsburgh wrench remove the nuts that hold the wheel and the hub together. Turn the wrench counterclockwise to unscrew the nuts.
