              Film Advance Lever               
  • Using a Flathead screwdriver, remove the battery cap and then remove the battery.
  • Potential for device damage if you do not remove the battery prior to the repair.

Step 2

  • Using your hands unscrew the top of the film advance lever.
  • Afterward, you will be able to access the lever. Remove the lever by picking it up vertically.

Step 3

  • Using a microfiber wipe, clean the gears with gear oil.
  • After oiling, place a new lever and top back the camera.

  • Replace the battery and battery cover.

Step 5

  • Test the lever.

Test the lever.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
