Step 1
Turn the mouse onto its back
- You will want to use a clean surface to avoid damaging your mouse

Remove the rear door
- Gently press the tab, and pull the door up and away from the body of the mouse

Remove the battery
- Using your fingernail, pull up on the top of the battery and take it out of the slot.
Using your fingernail, pull up on the top of the battery and take it out of the slot.
Step 4
Add a new battery
- Slide the battery into the slot, and push down on it firmly. It will click into place.

Replace the rear door
- Slide the rear door back into place, and push down on it. It will click into place.
