              Headband Cushion               
  • Starting at the peak of the headband, push inward below the seam, between the plastic headband and cushion, to create a gap.
  • Work your way down the headband until the cushion is exposed.

  • Use a metal spudger to carefully pry the rest of the cushion cover away from the plastic headband.
  • It might look like it’s being torn, but it’s flexible and will pop back into place.
  • The cushion itself can easily tear.

Step 3

  • Remove the cushion cover.
  • There is tape at either end of the cushion; remove the tape.
  • You can remove, replace, and re-tape the foam to make the cushion softer. As the rest of the cushion cover will do most of the work keeping it in place, special adhesive is not required.
