Firmly grasp the ear cushions, and rotate them counterclockwise about 45 degrees, or until you hear a “click.”
Be careful not to use excessive force during rotation.

Lift the ear cushions off the speaker housings.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.

You can’t even buy them on MS STORE so you have to buy another one like BOSE or SONY.

There should be 1 star. After two years they don’t sell replacment parts. F U MICROSOFT.
