Memorex CD Alarm Clock Radio Disassembly
- Locate the ‘OPEN’ tab on the battery compartment.
- Pull the tab upwards and remove the cover using your finger.
- Remove the batteries.

- Locate the screws on the bottom of the device that hold the upper and lower halves together.
- Remove the (5) 19mm screws.
- Grasp the top and bottom and gently pull apart.

Step 3
PCB Board
- Remove the (5) 7mm screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver and a pair of tweezers.
- Using a magnetic tip screwdriver will prevent screw loss.

Step 4
- Locate the wiring harness.
- Disconnect the wiring harness using the tweezers.

Disconnect the wiring harness using the tweezers.
Step 5
- Remove the PCB board from the device.
- Replace the broken motherboard with a new PCB board.
Remove the PCB board from the device.
Replace the broken motherboard with a new PCB board.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
