              Memorex CD Alarm Clock Radio Disassembly
  • Locate the ‘OPEN’ tab on the battery compartment.
  • Pull the tab upwards and remove the cover using your finger.
  • Remove the batteries.

  • Locate the screws on the bottom of the device that hold the upper and lower halves together.
  • Remove the (5) 19mm screws.
  • Grasp the top and bottom and gently pull apart.

Step 3

              CD Lid Spring
  • Remove screw with plastic retaining plastic piece.

Remove screw with plastic retaining plastic piece.

Step 4

  • Grasp and remove the spring using fine tip tweezers.
  • The spring is very small and can be lost easily.

Step 5

  • Remove the spring with a flat tip screwdriver.

Remove the spring with a flat tip screwdriver.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
