- Locate the ‘OPEN’ tab on the battery compartment.
- Pull the tab upwards and remove the cover using your finger.
- Remove the batteries.

- Locate the screws on the bottom of the device that hold the upper and lower halves together.
- Remove the (5) 19mm screws.
- Grasp the top and bottom and gently pull apart.

Step 3
Antenna
- Locate the small silver transistor between the front left speaker and the tuning knob. The antenna should be attached directly below the transistor.
- Deolder the antenna wire from the circuit board, and remove the wire.

Deolder the antenna wire from the circuit board, and remove the wire.
To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
