The tablet will not respond or show any sign of operating.
Faulty Power Adapter
Check to make sure the power adapter is plugged in. If it is, make sure the light on the adapter is on. If the light is not on, the adapter is faulty. Consider replacing the power adapter.
Faulty Battery
If the adapter is plugged in, make sure the adapter is connected to the tablet. If the tablet only powers up when the adapter is plugged in, regardless of charging time, then the battery is faulty. Consider replacing the device’s battery.
Tablet Will Not Charge
If the adapter is plugged in, and the battery is not charging consider purchasing a new charging adapter.
The power button will not respond or is not on the device.
Power Button is Missing
If the power button is missing from the tablet, it may need to be replaced.
Power Button is Lodged
When the button is lodged and the device will not respond, try to use more force to press the button down. If it continues to not respond, consider replacing the power button.
The display of the screen is malfunctioning.
External Display
The tablet screen may be operating incorrectly in terms of resolution, formatting, color, etc. First, check the device’s display settings, and reset to default settings. If the screen is still malfunctioning, then the screen may need to be replaced.
The audio (sound) input/output is not functioning properly.
Loose Headphone Jack
Make sure headphones are working properly before attempting to listen to audio through the tablet.
If the audio is cutting in and out, then the jack is most likely loose. Make sure the headphones are fully inserted into the tablet. If the audio is still distorted while listening, the audio jack may be faulty.
Non-functional Speaker
If the audio output from the tablet is not responding, try turning up the volume level. If the speaker still does not respond once the volume is turned up, the speaker may need to be replaced.
Unable To Use Microphone
If the microphone is not responding to vocal input, check to make sure the microphone is turned on. If the microphone is turned on and is still not responding, it may be faulty and needs to be replaced.
The casing on the exterior of the tablet is broken or cracked.

If you have a crack in the screen on your tablet, you will have to have it replaced. Purchase a new case and replace the old case.
