The R/C truck seems to move slower than normal.

Your batteries might not be inserted properly. Check if the batteries have been placed in the R/C truck properly in accordance with the battery replacement guide.

The batteries have been drained which requires you to replace the batteries with newer batteries. Follow battery replacement guide.

The R/C truck is unresponsive at short distances from the user

The batteries in the remote are low on charge. Try replacing the batteries.

The antenna on either the remote or truck is damaged. Try the remote circuit board replacement first as it is easier. Then try the truck circuit board replacement if that does not work.

R/C truck does not respond to any inputs from the controller or moves at all.

Check and make sure the R/C truck and remote are set to the same channel. The frequency switch to the remote is located on the right side. The frequency switch to the R/C truck is located underneath the R/C truck.

Replacing the remote circuit board and R/C truck antenna did not fix the problem of the R/C truck not moving correctly. You may have water damage. Try replacing the R/C truck circuit board. Follow the R/C truck circuit board replacement guide.

The R/C truck moves at 100 percent speed but does not respond correctly to the remote control inputs from the controller.

The batteries have been drained which requires you to replace the batteries with newer quality batteries. Follow the battery replacement guide.

The R/C truck moves but does not turn when commanded. Check for obstructions in the front tires. If the tires are obstructed try cleaning away the debris. If this does not work, try replacing the tires by following the tire replacement guide.

The front motor may be broken. Try replacing the front axle. Follow the front axle replacement guide.

Check for obstructions in the rear tires. If the tires are obstructed try cleaning away the debris. If this does not work, try replacing the tires by following the tire replacement guide.

The rear motor may be broken. Try replacing the rear axle. Follow the rear axle replacement guide.

Replacing the front and rear axle did not fix the problem of the R/C truck not moving. You may have water damage. Try replacing the R/C truck circuit board. Follow the R/C truck circuit board replacement guide.

Both the front and rear tires are unobstructed. Both the front and rear axles are working. But still the R/C truck does not move in a straight line.

The R/C truck may be out of alignment. Try adjusting the front alignment switch. The switch is located under the R/C truck, between the two front tires.
