There is no sound coming from the speakers.

Make sure a device is connected to the speaker. Use a AUX cable to eliminate the possibility of a blue-tooth problem

The Logitech UE Boombox uses a rechargeable battery. Be sure that the battery is not out of charge and the Boombox can still operate. We recommend leaving the Boombox plugged in for 30 minutes before trying again.

A sign that there is a broken speaker in the Boombox is a slight humming or buzzing noise. The sound maybe very subtle, so it is advised to turn the volume higher in order to increase what little noise the speakers make.

Your audio player may not be working properly. Use another speaker device to confirm your audio player is working properly. If the audio player still does not work, consider replacing your audio player.

My device will not turn on.

If the power switch does not move, the button may be stuck in place. You may need to wipe the area under and around the switch to make sure nothing is preventing it from moving. After the button is sufficiently cleaned, try moving it into position once again.

I tried connecting my device to the Logitech UE Boombox but audio is not playing.

Assure that Bluetooth pairing is enabled on your device that is connecting to the speaker. Scan for devices on Bluetooth menu and select UE Boombox. Once paired and connected an audible confirmation will be heard from the speaker.

Turn on speaker by sliding the power switch on the left upward. Bluetooth connection is ready when LED around the Bluetooth button blinks rapidly. Additional devices can be added by holding down the Bluetooth button on the left side of your Boombox until you hear a tone and LED around the Bluetooth button will indicate pairing is ready.

Place your Bluetooth device closer to the Logitech UE Boombox because the distance between the two can affect pairing if device is not in range of the speaker.

Interference from other wireless sources can affect pairing between Bluetooth device and Logitech UE Boombox. Move both away from wireless sources.

Logitech UE Boombox can have up to eight devices paired with it, but connection can only be maintained by three at a time. If three connections are already active, a fourth connection cannot be added. Remove one or more connected devices by disconnecting Bluetooth pairing and connect new device.
