If the battery in your device does not hold charge for a normal amount of time.

Make sure that the device is either plugged in to a power source or placed on the charging port. If the device is plugged in the LCD screen will turn on and will show a lightning bolt with the words"Charging," if it is charging.

If this is not the case… check the micro-USBadapter/cord to make sure the wire is intact. Your adapter may be faulty and you can purchase a new charging port at this site. You can check your power chord by plugging it directly into your Logitech Harmony Touch and computer or wall.

If your battery is either not holding charge or not working correctly

If your power adapter is working correctly (reference faulty power adapter) and your battery is still not working correctly, your battery is most likely the problem. Replace your battery using this guide.

If your remote commands are not responding in the adequate amount of time

Click on the Device’s “More Options” and select “Adjust the delays (speed settings)” then choose inter-key delay: 300 ms and inter-device delay: 300 ms. Keep lowering in increments of 100 and see if your remote is still working.
