The wireless connection between the remote and the television is weak or not working.

The input on the television may not match the input required to use the remote. To fix this, make sure that your Digital Box is turned on, and use the remote that came with the television to change the input.

  • If you are using a coaxial cable, set the input to TV or Cable, then change the television channel to 03.If you are using an HDMI cable, set the input to HDMI1, HDMI2, etcIf you are using RCA cables, set the input to AV1, AV2, Video1, Video2, etc.If you are using component cables, set the input to Component1, Component2, etc.

If this does not work, there may be an issue with the input you currently on. If this is the case, unplug the Digital Box from the input plug and plug it into a separate one. For example, if it is plugged into HDMI1, try HDMI2.

The remote control’s battery is weak or dead. In this is the case, make sure that the remote is fully charged.
