My keyboard isn’t lighting up.
In result of a non-proper setting of the keyboard lights, the lights may stay OFF. First, check the setting and make sure your light option is ON. If it’s ON, then you need to reconnect the cord to the computer. Also, you can test the keyboard with another computer.
The keyboard buttons are stuck.
In result of spilled drinks, keys get stuck and refuse to push. You can try to put it back on the keyboard, making sure nothing is stuck below. Then, try to push it gently until you hear a click. Make sure that you put the key in the correct direction to avoid breaking the board.
Color is not showing up.
The “broken” background color consist in, when you are using the keyboard there is no color by the frame, or it is not the color of your preference. The board flash memory is responsible for that, and most of the time it lacks the setting of colors. So when you log out, the colors that you were using got stuck and wouldn’t upload. There is two common ways to troubleshoot that. One of them is to activate lighting, and the second one is to customize lighting setting in Logitech G910 Software.
Open Logitech Gaming Software and click on the light bulb icon, click the commands lighting mode icon. Under the Options tab, click Set Command Colors. The Commands list will appear on your left. Select the colors you want.
