Sometimes the scroll wheel does not work when using the mouse. This guide not only shows you how to replace the mouse scroll wheel but also how to clean it.
What you need

- Remove one screw at the bottom of the mouse.

- Pull the top of the mouse lid gently to separate it from the rest of the mouse.
- Potential for device damage: The lid and the body are connected with a wire, so separate them gently.

- Pull the white connector from the circuit board.
- Be sure the two small holes in the connector are positioned at the top when reassembling.

- Carefully pull the scroll wheel up.
