When I flip the switch, nothing happens.
If nothing happens when you flip the switch, make sure the device is plugged into an outlet. If that still does not work, change outlets to make sure that the outlet is not the problem.
If your outlet is good, but the disco ball still won’t turn on when you flip the switch, you may need to replace the switch that is located on the power cord. To replace the switch, see our guide Switch Replacement.
No matter what I do, I can’t get the lights to turn on.
If you turn on the device and it rotates but gives off no light, you may need to replace the light bulb. To replace the light bulb, view our Light Bulb Replacement guide.
When I turn on the disco ball, it lights up but does not rotate.

The color panels are damaged.
