If the printer won’t turn on at all, a dead battery is more than likely the cause. Follow our guide on testing and replacing the battery.

The charge port or cord may be broken if the printer does not charge or does not power on completely. Ensure the charger works by using it with another device.

If the printer doesn’t turn on or is malfunctioning, the motherboard might be damaged or broken. In this case the device is truly dead, and replacement of the entire device is needed.

There is no paper in the tray. Make sure Zink photo paper is in the appropriate compartment and fully in place. Then try printing again.

Make sure all photo paper in the tray is the same type and size. Never load several types of mixed paper and make sure to properly align the edges of the photo paper.

Clean the photo paper sensor with a lint-free cloth. If the problem persists, use the following guide.

The special paper to make the photos, could get stuck and mess up the photo.

If the roller seems not to be working, you would want to clean the roller with a lint-free cloth.  Make sure that the roller is able to turn free and correctly.

When refilling your printer, make sure that you are using the specific LifePrint 2x3 printing paper.   The correct paper is LifePrint 2x3 Zero Ink sticky backed film.

When refilling your printer, make sure that the paper doesn’t have any damages or bends to it.  If the paper does, then you will need to use a new piece of file

If the Bluetooth antenna appears to be broken (at an odd angle or completely broken off), please follow the guide on repairing the Bluetooth antenna.

If the device is not connecting via Bluetooth to your phone, make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone setting.

If there are persistent error in the connection from the LifePrint 2x3 Printer and your phone, please be sure to see if your printer is up to date and is compatible with your phone.

If pictures are coming out distorted, or the paper is printing creased, be sure to check the printer head that is aligned properly within the device.

If the images are printing out with dried debris and is distorting images, please be sure to open up the printer and clean printer with a dry cloth.

If the paper is printing out distorted or with various places of saturation or color inconsistency be sure that the paper, you are using has been stored in a dry climate and not exposed to too much light within the package.
