Distorted sound from built in speaker.

If the sound is distorted, the speaker will need to cleaned off by either blowing on the speaker or spraying it with canned compressed air.

If your speaker has a distorted sound or no sound at all a soft reset is required to reset the device. To do this the device must be turned off then turned back on.

If the device does not work properly after a soft reset, a hard reset must be done. To perform a hard reset, turn off the phone and remove battery out for 60 seconds, then place battery back in and turn on device.
