• Insert fingernail into the slot on the back left side of the phone and pry open.

• Remove faulty battery.
• The battery is missing from our device, however, it would be located in the section in-between the fingers.

              Micro SD Card               

• Locate Micro SD Card Slot.
• In our device shown, there is not currently a micro SD card in the device. However, it would be located in the slot where the finger is pointing.

• Using Tweezers grab onto the Micro SD Card and remove.
