Phone won’t power on
If phone won’t power on battery may be faulty. Remove back cover exposing battery.

If phone charger is plugged in and light is not on or screen not displaying charging symbol then the charger is faulty. Consider purchasing new charger.
If phone won’t turn on when battery has been replaced and charger is working then power button may be faulty. Damaged or cracked screen

Phone loses power often or won’t remain charged
You can improve battery life by adjusting the power settings on your phone.
Some apps continue to run in the background after you exit them. It is recommended that you close background applications when you’re not using them.
There may be a software update that improves battery life on your phone. Check for software updates.
If the device is running the most recent software, all apps are closed and the power settings are normal consider performing a soft reset. A soft reset restarts your phone and does not erase any of your content or data. Begin by turning the phone off. Next remove the battery and wait for 30 seconds. When camera app is open screen remains black or app won’t open
Sometimes the front camera can freeze due to the device running to many applications at the same time. If the front camera is frozen or not operating properly, turn the phone off wait ten seconds and power the device back on.
