The phone will not light up or display anything.
Occasionally the phone may power itself off and simply need to be restarted. Hold the “End” key to turn on or off the phone. If does not solve the issue read on.
After a fall or other incident the battery may have shifted within the phones case and the 4 pin connection may have slipped and need to be reset. This involves removing the battery and then reinserting it.
The battery in the phone may have been drained of all power and need to recharge. Allow a few minutes for the phone to charge.
The battery is functioning properly, but the screen is not. Refer to the screen replacement guide.
At this point it is recommended that you replace the battery, as this is the most likely cause of the problem. Follow the battery removal guide and put the new battery in instead of the old battery. Batteries for the LG Muziq can be purchased here.
If after replacing the battery, the problem still persists it is most likely a problem with the motherboard of the phone. You may refer to the step-by-step motherboard replacement guide.
The small outside display will not light up regardless of phone status.
Follow the display replacement guide and focus on checking all of the wiring connections to make sure the display panel is connected. If this does not resolve the problem see display replacement below.
You may need to replace the display. You can replace the display yourself using the display panel guide. A new screen may be purchased here.
The inside display will not turn on regardless of phone status.

The buttons on the inside of the phone are not responding.
Try restarting the phone by holding the power button until the phone shuts down. Hold the power button again until the phone starts up.
If the keys need to be replaced follow the keypad replacement guide.
When connected to charging cable, the phone does not indicate that it is charging.
Try adjusting the power cord in the charge slot to find a good connection.
If a connection cannot be established, then the charger may be faulty. You can buy a new charger here.
If purchasing a new charger did not fix the problem, then there may be a problem with the charging port on the phone. Refer to the motherboard replacement guide for instruction on how to replace the motherboard as this includes the charging port.
The camera on the phone will not take any photos or videos.
