Phone is unresponsive and won’t turn on.
Make sure that the battery is properly placed inside of the phone.
Try charging your phone but be sure that the charger is connected to the phone and wall outlet correctly.
Inspect your charger for any kinks or cracks in the cord’s coating that would prevent it from charging.
In this case replace your bad battery with a new one.
Phone has unusually short battery life.
Make sure all applications that aren’t in use are closed to save battery life.
Go into settings and turn on power saver mode. This should help save battery power.
Replace the phone’s battery.
When making calls, the person you are talking to cannot hear you.
Make sure the phone is not muted when making calls.
Replace the phone’s speaker.
Digitizer is not registering touch on the phone’s touchscreen.
Try restarting your phone by holding down the power button until it shuts off and then turning it back on.
Replace the phone’s motherboard.
The screen on the phone appears to be shattered or cracked.
In this case, you will need to replace the phone’s screen.
