The phone keeps turning off despite a full battery.

Make sure you fully charge the phone. once charged, if the phone turns off shortly afterwards or turns off despite the displayed percentage then you may have a faulty battery. If this is the case, it would be best to purchase a new battery and/or have it replaced.

The phone gets hot to the touch when I start charging it.

When you go to touch the phone, the heat is mainly coming from where the battery is located. This could mean that you have a malfunctioning battery and you would need to get a new one. Once you have the new battery all you need to do is power off the device and remove the back covering. Once done you should see the battery. Carefully remove the battery and dispose of it safely then replace with a new battery exactly as the old one was. Finally, just add the back-covering on the phone and begin to charge the phone.

If your phone overheats only while it is charging then it may be the charger you are using. If you can, try and use a different charger, preferably one that is manufactured for the LG K10. If the phone ceases to overheat then you had a faulty charger.

My phone keeps turning off despite what the charge is at.

If your phone is consistently turning off when it is reaching a certain percentage then you may have a faulty battery. This can happen if you have had the phone for a long period of time. If this is the case then you will need to replace the battery with a new one.

If the phone has begun turning off after you had downloaded a specific application, then you may need to remove the application. Once the application is removed the phone should cease to shut off randomly.

If the phone turns off abruptly whilst it was hot, then it shut off due to overheating. This can happen from running certain apps that require a lot of processing power. The easiest and best way to keep your phone from overheating would be to make sure to close all your applications and to limit your time on any applications that you know off that cause your phone to overheat.

For some reason my phone keeps flickering despite what I do.

If the phone is consistently flickering when you are using it, then it may very well be the adaptive lighting setting. To fix this go to Settings>Display>Brightness> deselect the Automatic/Adaptive brightness option. This should fix any issues involving flickering.

If the screen is flickering or shutting off despite what you are doing, it may very well be a faulty screen. If this is the case, you will need to order a new screen. IT is highly recommended that you take the phone in to have the screen replaced. Doing it by oneself could lead to damaging the phone or screen further. If you still wish to fix it on your own, we have a video demonstration on how to replace the screen.

I’m playing music but there is barely any audio coming out.

If you have had the phone for a long time and/or play music at a high setting, then you may need to replace the speaker. There is a complete video guide on how to replace the speaker for the LG K10 on iFixit.
