The cell phone is not responding when the power button is pressed.

Charge the battery and try to turn on the phone again. If the battery is already charged, took the battery out and reinsert it. If the cell phone is still not responding, the battery should be replaced.

If the battery is good, a damaged screen is most likely to be the problem. Replace the screen and try to turn it on again.

If none of the above worked, the logic board may be broken…

Plug in the ear buds to check. The speaker is probably broken if there is sound from ear buds, and the speaker need to be replaced.

Unplug the ear buds to check. If the sound is coming out from the speak, check if the ear buds are good. If the ear buds are good, then the solder contact is most likely need to be replaced.

If no sound coming out from ear buds, try to remove and reinstall the sound driver.

When making calls, other people could not hear what you say.

Unplug the ear buds to check if f the problem is fixed. Check if the ear phone speaker is broken. If the ear phone speaker is good; then the solder contact need to be replaced.

Plug in a good microphone and check if the problem is fixed. If the problem is fixed then the microphone is broken and need to be replaced
