Display not working properly or faulty screen.

This can easily be fixed with a screen replacement. Try replacing the screen with this guide.

The screen display system could have been disconnected internally; this guide will give you details on how to reconnect/replace it.

Wired audio accessory playback randomly stops and starts, or does not connect at all. 

Headphone cable could be worn. Try other headphones that would work for your device.

The 3.5mm jack within the phone can become disconnected or damaged; this guide details how to replace this.

The phone’s battery life is significantly lower than when new 

Phone batteries decay over time and most can be replaced with a new battery. Use this guide to replace your battery.

Phone batteries can be damaged from high heat and drain faster in cold temperatures. You can use this guide to replace your battery.

Speaker’s output may be scratchy, or won’t play anything at all 

Check to see if the speaker has any scratches or has any cuts around or on it. The speaker can be replaced using this guide.

  • Remove screen to access internal connectionsCheck the connection for the speaker(s)If disconnected, try reconnecting them yourself or replacing the entire connection itself. Use this guide for help.If connected and still not working, the speaker(s) may be damaged.

Front camera does not input signal to display images or the picture is blurry.

Locate, remove, and inspect the front camera assembly to identify any damage to the lens. Unfortunately, if the lens is scratched the entire camera will need replacement. Instructions for this repair can be found in this guide.

If all internal connections between the camera and main board are in tact, examine the camera as a whole to identify any damage that could prevent the camera from working. The camera can be replaced using this guide.
