Introduction
The SIM card is a computer chip that allows you to store information and access the network. A broken SIM card will have trouble properly accessing the network and saving data.
Before using this guide, inspect the SIM card for debris and make sure the SIM card is the issue. You can figure this out by inserting the SIM card into another phone and testing if it works.
Before beginning, make sure the phone is powered off and is disconnected from any source of power.
What you need

SIM Card
- Insert a SIM card eject tool into the hole in the SIM card slot on the top right of the phone.
- After the SIM card tray is ejected, remove the SIM card tray from the phone.
- Remove the SIM card from the tray.

After the SIM card tray is ejected, remove the SIM card tray from the phone.
Remove the SIM card from the tray.
