My watch either won’t charge or dies quickly

Check to make sure the power adapter is plugged into a working outlet. Make sure the power light on the adapter is on. If the watch does not charge under these conditions the adapter is faulty and should be replaced.

If the battery is not lasting 36 hours it may not be charging fully. The battery should be fully charged in approximately one hour. If it is taking several hours to complete the charging process and the battery, USB cable and ac adapter are functioning then the battery has reached the end of its life expectancy and should be replaced. Follow the LG G Watch/Battery Replacement guide.

If the charging pins are excessively corroded the circuit required for charging will not be completed and the battery will not receive the power necessary to charge fully. Follow the LG G Watch/Charging Pin Replacement guide.
