The LG G Pad 8.3 is connected to the internet but the internet is slow.

If too much of the storage on your device has been filled, it will be slower. To remedy this, delete all unwanted pictures, videos, and applications. You can also transfer photos to a different device or online storage and then delete them from the tablet to free up additional space.

Your device may have a virus that is slowing the internet down. Try downloading an app that helps against viruses.

When your tablet is connected to a weak Wi-Fi signal it will have a hard time loading surfing the Web. Switch to a stronger Wi-Fi signal if possible. There might be a problem with your internet, rather than with the tablet. Internet issues can be solved by contacting your internet provider.

There is no sound coming out of the speakers. There are no notification noises.

The volume may be off or on low. Try turning the volume up by pressing the volume buttons on the left side of the tablet. If your volume control buttons prevent you from raising the volume because they are broken, you can replace the volume control buttons.

Your tablet may not make noises for notifications because the settings have not been set to do that. Make sure that your notification settings have the sound option turned on.

If the volume is up and the settings are correct, but there is still no sound, your tablet may have a broken or faulty speaker. The speaker needs to be replaced.

When the volume is up, sound can be heard faintly or the sound does not go as loud as is preferred.

The volume may be off or on low. Try turning the volume up by pressing the volume buttons on the left side of the tablet.

Unfortunately, on many LG G Pads, the sound does not go very high. Because this is the way the tablets were made, there’s not much you can do to remedy this problem other than buying a speaker that utilizes Bluetooth to connect to the tablet.

If there is a noticeable decrease in sound volume, the speaker may be broken or deteriorating. The best solution to this problem is to replace the speaker.

The battery loses power quickly after charging.

The battery may not have had time to charge fully. Charge the battery overnight to ensure that it is fully charged before use.

If the device dies quickly, the battery may be getting old and not working at maximum capacity. To remedy this problem, the battery needs to be replaced.

The quality of photos taken with the camera is poor. The pictures are fuzzy or grainy.

The pictures may not be coming out because there is not enough light to produce a crisp, clear image. Make sure the flash is on.

The lens or screen may be dirty, creating grainy pictures. Using a microfiber cloth, wipe the screen and the lens. This will help make the pictures clearer when they are taken. It will also make the screen clearer when you are viewing them afterward.

If the photo quality of one of the cameras (either the front facing camera or the rear facing camera) shows a marked decrease in quality, the camera may be broken. You will need to replace either the front facing camera or the rear facing camera.

There are yellow or colored lines crossing the screen or the screen is cracked/shattered.

Sometimes this problem can be fixed by restarting the tablet. Turn the tablet off completely, wait thirty seconds, and then turn it back on. This may get rid of colored lines crossing the screen.

If restarting the device does not help, your problem is probably with your screen. To fix this problem, replace your screen.

The screen has a crack or is completely shattered, obstructing use of the tablet.

If you can’t use the tablet because the screen is broken, the best solution is to replace the screen. After replacement, consider investing in a screen protector to prevent this problem from reoccurring.
