Make sure the charger and the cable are working by testing them on other devices.
Perform a visual inspection to make sure there is no debris in the USB port of the device. Typically, if the USB port has damage and the charging cable is good you can wiggle the charge cable in the port to get it to charge.
If the problem persists after verifying that all of the above are in working order, it is likely that the battery has failed. At this point, look at the repair guide for battery replacement
Make sure your device is charged enough for it to be able to power on. Give the device at least 10 to 20 minutes on the charger for it to have enough power to turn on.
Verify that the power switch is operational as there is a possibility that it is dysfunctional. If the problem still persists, check the durability of your battery; you might need a replacement.
First, try tapping the home button to be able to exit the app you are currently running. If the device is still frozen, try powering it off by holding the power button for 3 to 10 seconds. Boot the device and it should be running after that. If you see a pattern with a certain application causing your tablet to freeze, email the developers and try not to use that app until an update is released.
Clearing cached data can occasionally speed up your device. Go into Settings>Storage>Cached data and press “OK” to clear cached data.
Free up your device’s memory space by deleting applications that you are not using frequently as well as old photos and video. If the device is still running slow verify that it meets the minimum system requirements for the app you are trying to run.
Try restarting your device by holding the power button for 3 to 10 seconds.
Make sure the SIM card is properly inserted into the SIM tray.
Go to ‘Settings’ on your device and make sure that ‘Wi-Fi’ is on. Then, check that you are connected to the correct router and double check the password that you have entered. If the problem still persists, call your Internet provider for assistance.
First, check your internet router and see if it is powered on. Make sure that the router is connected to the Internet. You can do so by checking the router manual to see which light on your router is related to Internet connection.
First, check if the camera is responsive. If the application is not working, you need to close the application and start again. If the camera is still unresponsive, restart the device. If the camera issue persists it is likely that the camera needs to be replaced.

Make sure that the volume on the device is turned up and not on mute. Second, check if audio plays out of the headphone jack. If audio is playing out of the jack but not the speaker it is likely that the main speaker needs to be replaced. If the device plays audio out of the Main speaker but not the headphones jack, it is likely that the headphones jack needs to be replaced. If audio does not play out of the headphones jack or speaker, check if audio is playing through another speaker over bluetooth. If that is not the case, it is likely that both the headphones jack and the speaker are bad.

Try restarting the device. If the device still does not recognize touch, it is likely that the digitizer needs to be replaced.
